How do you open an account?
Complying with the rules established by Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia regarding client knowledge, here are the steps and requisites to enter Alianza and use its products.

ENGAGEMENT FORMAT

To open your account it is important to download and fill the engagement format that you can find in the Related Documents section.

ATTACH DOCUMENTS

Once you fill the engagement format, attach the requested documents, listed in the end of the engagement format.

CONTACT YOUR ADVISOR

When your engagement format and requested documents are ready, contact your advisor to receive proper asessment, according to your market profile, and accomplish an effective engagement.

Legal Requirements

To open your account in Alianza, it is important you know previously about the legal requirements that have to be fulfilled due to Sarlaft and Fatca normatives.

SARLAFT

Regulation that protect us from the risk that our resources are linked to money laundering and terrorism financing, both activities punished by law.

FATCA and CRS

FATCA: It is the Fiscal Compliance of Foreign Accounts Law, enacted by the United States Government in March of 2010. Colombia implemented FATCA on July 1st, 2014. FAQ on FATCA here.

CRS: EIt is the Common Report Standard created by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to battle international tax evasion. Colombia implemented CRS on January 1st, 2016. FAQ on CRS here.
